District Advisory and Accountability Committee Meeting

The District Advisory and Accountability Committee is made up of teachers, parents, and community members who come together to provide a community platform to monitor the Estes Park School District’s goals and financial commitments and to hold the school district accountable to its mission, vision, and goals.
The Board of Education formally adopted the following DAAC charges for the 2024-2025 school year:
Charge 1: Advise the district on the three strands of the strategic plan:
- Academic Achievement and Growth
- Real World Learning
- Wellness
- Submit recommendations regarding UIP and progress monitor.
Charge 2: Budget, Spending Priorities Review and recommend priorities for spending school district funds.
Charge 3: Monitor ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) activities Review federal fund activities.
