Dick Mulhern is an editorial cartoonist. He has been a small business owner and has served on many community boards including most recently the Estes Park School District's Advisory and Accountability Committee. He is currently an appointed member of the Town of Estes Park Planning Commission/Land Use Board. He and his wife, Liz (yes, they are Dick and Liz, like Burton and Taylor), enjoy traveling and doing mission work.
