The Senior Strength Circuit program is designed exclusively for the 55 years and over community in Estes Park. The program is designed to empower and invigorate seniors through a series of safe, effective, and engaging workouts.
Each one-hour class is structured to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout. Our focus will be on promoting joint health, strength, mobility and balance utilizing specially selected equipment.
You must complete a Fitness Orientation with Julie before your first class.
