Since we’re taking a break from regular fitness classes for the last two weeks of December ( in addition to the week of Thanksgiving) to give our amazing staff some well-0deserved time off, we’re exited to offer a special HOLIDAY HIITS session to get everyone in the holiday spirit!
Join us on December 23 for an energizing workout that will help you get ready for all the festivities.
Two session options: 9:30 AM & 5:30 PM
