Residents and visitors will have a chance to explore 25 properties across the Estes Valley during a community-wide open house showcasing the range of housing options from $535,000 to $3.6 million.

The Estes Valley Board of Realtors will host its annual community-wide open house Saturday, June 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring 24 properties currently on the market. The self-guided event is free and open to the public.

The tour includes listings for single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and vacant land, with prices ranging from the mid-$500,000s to $3.6 million.

Organizers say the event is intended to provide prospective buyers, investors, second-home seekers, and local residents with an opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the area’s real estate market.

Properties on the tour reflect a wide range of housing styles and price points, from mountain cottages and family homes to luxury residences and acreage properties. Featured listings include homes in Upper Venner, Saint Francis Way, Coyote Run, Thunder Mountain Lane, and Hummingbird Drive, as well as a 5.47-acre homesite along Colorado Highway 7.

Many of the properties offer amenities that have become hallmarks of the Estes Valley market, including mountain and river views, custom architectural features, contemporary designs, and low-maintenance living options.

Attendees may visit as many properties as they choose during the four-hour event and will have an opportunity to meet with local realtors who can answer questions about individual listings and current market conditions.

Organizers say the open house offers a convenient way for prospective buyers to compare properties across multiple neighborhoods in a single afternoon while becoming more familiar with the community.

In addition to touring homes, participants may enter a drawing for one of three Estes Park getaway packages, each including a two-night stay at a local lodging property. No purchase is required to enter.

“This event is a wonderful opportunity to experience the diversity of housing available in the Estes Valley while enjoying a beautiful day in the mountains,” said Becky Robbins, the 2026 president of the Estes Valley Board of Realtors. “Whether you’re actively shopping for a home or simply interested in seeing what is available, we invite everyone to come explore.”

Tour maps are available through participating realtors and at open house locations. Organizers encourage visitors to plan their routes in advance to maximize the number of properties they can visit during the event.

The community-wide open house will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday throughout the Estes Valley.
