President should be removed from office

The Personnel Reliability Program is a United States Department of Defense security, medical and psychological evaluation program, designed to permit only the most trustworthy individuals to have access to nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, and biological weapons.

Only those personnel who have demonstrated the highest degree of individual reliability for
allegiance, trustworthiness, conduct, behavior, and responsibility shall be allowed to perform duties associated with nuclear weapons, and they shall be continuously evaluated for adherence to PRP standards.

The PRP evaluates many aspects of the individual’s work life and home life. Any disruption of these, or severe deviation from an established norm would be cause to deny access.

Without Hegseth knowing, it would be interesting to have Trump evaluated using the PRP as if he was just an applicant – not as the president. We’re guessing he would not qualify for any position dealing with nuclear, chemical, and/or biological weapons.

The U.S. Army Personnel Reliability Program contributes to the commitment to safety and
security. The program’s purpose is to ensure each person who performs duties involving chemical agents meets and maintains the highest possible standards of reliability.
This evaluation includes medical tests and an extensive background investigation. The Army uses the following standards and requirements to determine if an individual is suitable for the PRP:

• Physical competence, mental alertness and technical proficiency commensurate with duty requirements.
• Evidence of dependability in accepting responsibilities and effectively performing in an approved manner.
• Flexibility in adjusting to changes in the working environment vidence of good social adjustment, emotional stability and ability to exercise sound judgment in meeting adverse or emergency situations.
• Positive attitude toward chemical duties and the PRP

Based upon this assessment, Donald Trump needs to be removed from office. Candidates for President, Vice President, and the Secretary of Defense must be able to demonstrate that they meet the PRP requirements and maintain them if they are selected. Not maintaining them is grounds for impeachment.
