With the push of a button on our website and on our stories, readers can now toggle back and forth between English and Spanish. Look in the upper right corner of your screen for the flags.

The Estes Valley Voice is also preparing to launch a Spanish-language podcast that will discuss local news. There are many voices in the Estes Valley and we believe it is important to find ways to connect and communicate. Stayed tuned as we roll this out the Spanish language podcast in early August.

We are also delighted to have Colorado-based journalist and editor Toni Tresca join the Estes Valley Voice team. You may have read his first article for the Estes Valley Voice on Tuesday, Judge orders Estes Park Health to pay legal fees in public records dispute. Today, Tresca has written an engaging feature story about the mariachi camp at Rocky Ridge.

Originally from Mineola, Texas, Tresca moved to the area in 2022 to pursue an MBA and an MA in Theatre at CU Boulder. Since graduating, he’s stayed rooted in the region, cohosting the OnStage Colorado podcast, named Feedspot’s #1 Colorado arts podcast, contributing regularly to outlets like Denver Westword, and serving as editor of the digital news site Bucket List Community Cafe.

When not hunched over his computer, you’ll likely find him reading nonfiction about the entertainment industry or battling it out in Mario Kart.

Toni is excited to get to know the Estes community and share local stories that matter, and the Estes Valley Voice is thrilled to have this writer and editor join our team.
