Kevin Mullin, 8-year President of the Estes Park Health Foundation, exemplary person and active member of our community, in our opinion, has been by far the best Foundation president in the last 30+ years.

He has done an commendable job of fundraising to the benefit of EPH, of bringing and implementing innovative ideas and strategies, and of being a steward of the Foundation endowment.  And we continue to strongly support the EPH Foundation in its charitable mission.

We believe that Foundation President Kevin Mullin has been and remains an invaluable member of the EPH family and our community, has served with dignity, and remains indispensable to the success of the EPH Foundation.

  1. No denying the fact that EPH has been able to purchase expensive diagnostic equipment- while pleading fiscal difficulties.
So- while dropping OB/GYN, Labor and Delivery, Home Health Care, and Hospice Service {s}; how is it that EPH funded these much needed diagnostic purchases?
    The Foundation?!
Side Bar: Where are the litigation expenses coming from?
And if this case goes to CCRC- and Kevin takes it to the the Appeals Court- then who will be paying EPH’s billable hours?
    EPH Judgement?
Separation costs if agreement settled on?
    The taxpayers!
And if EPH CEO can punt a merger/ partnership- then all these issues go away yes?

  2. Thank you to everyone with the courage and principles to stand by Mr. Kevin Mullin. He is essentially, taking a fall in the name of preserving the moneys our good town-people and patients donated. He worked under horrific pressure.

  3. I have to admit ignorance about the details of this situation. However, I find it unconscionable that a community with a significant elderly population could allow itself to lose its home healthcare and hospice care. That needs to be addressed immediately.

  4. Kevin Mullen is an exemplary President and a wonderful asset for the EPH Foundation. It was sad today at the donors luncheon to be without him. On behalf of all donors, please bring Kevin back as President. It is difficult to imagine anyone who could fill this role as well as Kevin does.
